How to Make a Ballet Bun
We recommend using “U” pins rather than bobby pins to secure the bun in place. “U” pins can be found at most local stores including Walmart and Longs Drugs in the hair section.
For students with longer or thicker hair, long “U” pins can be purchased from Pink Box (Waimalu Shopping Plaza, Ala Moana Ceter, or Windward Mall) or Amazon.

Here is a tutorial on how to sew your brand new pointe shoes! For your own safety, you should NOT be going on pointe without the approval of your ballet instructor. Please consult with them before purchasing and sewing your shoes for the first time.
